描述问题

1.新建一个任意类型的列表后，最后一个列表项留空不输入任何内容
2.切换列表类型
3.将光标定位到空列表项下面的空行
4然后执行换行操作

列表的上面和下面都会同时出现空行

期待的结果

执行换行操作，应该只在列表下换行
