To calculate the total number of mutations scanned per year, run variant_counts.py. This requires pandas.

Updating the table

To add or edit a study:

1. Fork this repository and create a local clone.
2. Open maverefs.tsv in a spreadsheet program and make your changes.
3. Save maverefs.tsv, making sure it remains a tab-separated text file.
4. Commit your changes and please submit a pull request!
