@moylop260 I have 2 ocncerns with this:

1. The python version: the default python3 verson for Ubuntu is 3.6.5:
   

2. I removed the full requirements file and removed most of the python packages because they're being replaced with new versions every new install so we don't save that time anymore

I'm still testing this but the base for 12.0 is being built ATM.

Do you have any concerns or can we proceed with this?

I have created the following PR to odoo:

• [FIX] requirements: python3.7 compatibility odoo/odoo#25841

In order to make it compatible with python3.7

And it is working fine!

Then I don't have problem using python3.6 since that odoo is creating PR to make it compatible.

The bad point is that the fixes could be slow to apply because odoo is using python3.5 in runbot.

But I that won't common.
