GDAV is a simple set of tools for publishing EST, gene or protein annotations on your lab or institution's web server. You may process, annotate and align your sequences in any way you like. GDAV just requires that you provide three simple file formats, each using the same sequence identifiers: o One FASTA file of sequences o Tab-delimited file(s) of sequence annotations o GFF3 file(s) of genome alignments full details and installation instructions are available at http://www.vectorbase.org/Help/GDAV Authors: Bob MacCallum, Seth Redmond, Jesus Martinez-Barnetche Licence: GPL 3 - see gpl.txt The version imported to git corresponds to the 1.2.4 source code available here: http://funcgen.vectorbase.org/downloads/GDAV/ Open source software attributions: Thanks to Thomas Down for making http://biojava.org/wiki/Dazzle available. Thanks also to: o Apache Commons http://commons.apache.org/ o BioJava http://biojava.org/wiki/Main_Page o log4j http://logging.apache.org/log4j/1.2/ o Display tag library http://www.displaytag.org/1.2/
