This release supports parallel processing and indexing files prepared by VertNet Post-harvest processor for Darwin Core 2015-03-19 and traits (https://github.com/VertNet/post-harvest-processor/releases/tag/v2016-09-16) into an AppEngine index used to support the VertNet portal (http://portal.vertnet.org) and APIs (https://github.com/VertNet/webapp/wiki/Introduction-to-the-VertNet-API).
