Updated protocol list replacing QRG 2019 with QEG2020. Removed the embedded Georeferencing Resources Google sheet and replaced it with a link to the sheet to speed up page load. Removed the 2001 Georeferencing Guide from the main links under the Calculator (there is still a link in the references below).

There was a bug in this release that rendered it unusable.

This is a major revision of the calculator. It simplifies the menu choices and incorporates global datum shifts from WGS84. Requires testing. Seems not to render correctly in Firefox, works in Chrome.
