@doroncy brought up a good question that has potential for improving the usability of including files to be scanned.

The question was: "do i need to insert all script names in a folder ? can we use something like scripts/*.js"

Currently we can provide individual files or a directory and then all files would be included. It might be nice to filter using wildcards "*" to add more customization of which files to include.
