What's new on PhotoFiltre Studio 10.13.1R1?

All new kernel version optimized for Windows 7!

Build's common changes (after v10.13.0 R1):

- Updated kernel up to v10.13.1 at 26 Nov 2018.
- Harrys Filters v4.10.
- Added some Balder Olrik and Corrective filters.
- PhotoFreebies v2.10c (freeware part "PhotoWiz Collection 2018").
- Delete old version PhotoWiz plug-ins.
- Move Harrys Filters and PhotoFreebies to "The Plugin Suite" dir.
- Rename dir "LAmico Perry" to "Amico Perry" (fix typo).
- Added and updates some modules.
- All .8bf filters moved to "Plugins\8bfFilters\Plugins" dir (required for 8bfFilters module).
- Refactoring and fix typo (setup v1.13.1.1).
- Cleanup.

Kernel changes:

- Bug fixed.

NOTES!

This is 7-Zip (v18.05, LZMA, SOLID, SPLIT) splitting archive and for success extract please, past all PFSX10131ExtR1.7z.001, PFSX10131ExtR1.7z.002, PFSX10131ExtR1.7z.003 parts in to some dir and extract all starting PFSX10131ExtR1.7z.001. Also please don't rename any parts then 7-Zip can't find and extract it!
