Thêm mã số tham chiếu tới hồ sơ gốc của 1 hồ sơ liên thông.
Các hồ sơ liên thông thì không cần đồng bộ thông tin tra cứu lên cổng dịch vụ công để tránh trường hợp 1 hồ sơ nộp của NLTT được tính thành 2 hồ sơ (xử lý ở 2 cơ quan) khi thực hiện thống kê
