Course Grade Evaluation System

Welcome to the Course Grade Evaluation System in Python! This system allows you to evaluate and analyze the grades of students in a course based on a specified grading policy.

Features

• Course Summary Generation: Obtain a comprehensive summary of the course, including components, weightage, cutoffs, and grading distribution.
• Student Grade Display: View the grades of all students along with their total marks and corresponding grades.
• Individual Student Record Search: Search for and view the detailed grade record of a specific student.

Usage

1. Installation:

   • Clone the repository:

    git clone https://github.com/Vikranth3140/Course-Grade-Evaluation-System.git

   • Change Directory to the system:

   cd Course-Grade-Evaluation-System

   • Install the required dependencies:

   pip install -r requirements.txt

2. Run the System:

   • Execute the main script:

   python main.py

   • Follow the on-screen instructions to input the course details and file path.

3. Options:

   • Choose from the available options to generate course summaries, view student grades, or search for individual student records.

Requirements

• Python 3.x
• Tabulate

Note

• Please delete the below as they will be automatically created during the file run.

  • Course Summary.txt
  • Student's Grade Record.txt
  • Students' Grade Summary.txt
