DTP-Net: A convolutional neural network model to predict threshold for localizing the lesions on dermatological macro-images

This repository contains dermatological macro-images with optimal threshold values and the Matlab codes

To run DTP-Net Demo

  1. Download the Demo_DTP-Net.zip file.
  2. Unzip the file and give correct path location for test images.
  3. The file contains (a) DTPNet_Pretrained_Model.m (b) Demo_DTPNet_mlx.mlx (c) Demo_DTPNet.m (d) Test images (e) Ground-truth images

To train the DTP-Net

  1. Use the grayscale version of macro-images and the corresponding threshold value given in the .csv files named Train and Test.
  2. Aug1 to Aug9 folder contains the augmented versions of the original grayscale images.
  3. To download the dataset fill out this form and contact us and we can provide a link to all the images.
  4. Unzip the file and put all the folders and matlab files to the working directory.
  5. We have split the dataset into train and test.
