- Download the Demo_DTP-Net.zip file.
- Unzip the file and give correct path location for test images.
- The file contains (a) DTPNet_Pretrained_Model.m (b) Demo_DTPNet_mlx.mlx (c) Demo_DTPNet.m (d) Test images (e) Ground-truth images
- Use the grayscale version of macro-images and the corresponding threshold value given in the .csv files named Train and Test.
- Aug1 to Aug9 folder contains the augmented versions of the original grayscale images.
- To download the dataset fill out this form and contact us and we can provide a link to all the images.
- Unzip the file and put all the folders and matlab files to the working directory.
- We have split the dataset into train and test.
