This is the smartest we can do for now, I think.
For Scala 3.3.x we pin Ammonite at 3.0.0-M2-8-ba4429a2
Otherwise, we use 3.0.0-M2-9-88291dd8 (the newest version), which enables using it with Scala 3 Next (3.4.2).
