请求数据为空时，可以配置显示空状态

What does the proposed API look like?

tableInstance 支持 empty 参数，支持自定义布局（会设置图片和提示文字）；支持单独修改图片 empty.image；支持单独修改文字 empty.description
当有长列时（出现滚动条），滚动式空状态可以始终位于容器中央

Interested on this too. When table don't have records yet. We should display something. This will be similar to: https://apexcharts.com/docs/options/nodata/ ("The text to display when no-data is available. Defaults to undefined which displays nothing.")
