[Bug] Vtable> BaseTable.getCellRect 右侧固定列,但整体宽度不足时,仍然给出固定列的坐标

Steps to Reproduce

1. 设置右侧固定列
2. 当整体宽度没超过this.tableNoFrameWidth 时,仍然给了固定位置坐标;

Current Behavior

固定位置坐标; 导致坐标不对.

Expected Behavior

应当在表格列宽度和不超过 this.tableNoFrameWidth时给出正常坐标;
