Updated version of SelectiveGhosting for most recent Blockland update. One of the functions has a signature, the other one that has an address recently did not change during the updates.
NetObject::clearScopeAlways() - Clears scope from ghosting set
NetObject::setNetFlag(int bit, bool flag) - sets the network flag on an object sent over the network
