Other contributions we would like to make

• Improvements to Marc Gravel's .NET ProtoBuf implementation.
• RelaxNG validation on ProtoBuf
• Private app store system. Allowing enterprises to deploy applications via a centralized store. Should allow what are currently Modules in CAB/Prism application to be deployed as apps with a dependency on a Shell (if it belongs in a single shell). Should provide a simple light weight inter-process communication system (intents?).
• Dapper (tracing) implementation for .NET (Rx/multi-threaded friendly)
