This is a feature request for PSN support to be added in Vita3k some time in the far future. Something similar to what RPCS3 currently has, perhaps even using a modified version of RPCN if possible.

I'd particularly like to be able to use the Beacon LittleBigPlanet Vita server with Vita3k. Currently only the PS3 servers can be emulated, since PPSSPP and Vita3k don't have PSN.
