Currently, BeHe Keyboard has the following features (please note that the entire app is currently being rewritten so this may be subject to change):

Material design - While not the best out there, the design of the keyboard is meant to be simple, understandable and easy to use.

Different typing faces - BeHe Keyboard is meant to be as universal as possible, thus providing users with three different layouts to use: one for normal typing, one with CTRL, ALT and arrow keys and one for programming.

Open source - All the source code can be found in this repository.
