All rights not expressly granted to you herein are reserved by Licensor.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Licensor shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to, use of, inability to access or use, or reliance on the Software; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on or related to the Software; (iii) any content obtained from the Software; or (iv) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.
The Software is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Licensor makes no guarantees regarding the correct working of the Software, and you acknowledge that your use of the Software is at your sole risk.
This Agreement shall remain in effect until terminated by you or Licensor. Licensor may terminate this Agreement at any time without notice if you fail to comply with any term of this Agreement.
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Your Country/State], without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and Licensor regarding the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous understandings and agreements, whether written or oral.
By installing or using the Software, you acknowledge that you have read this Agreement, understand it, and agree to be bound by its terms and conditions. If you do not agree to the terms of this Agreement, do not install or use the Software.
