修复了简体和繁体版本中共 20 处引用链接的错误。

补充一句：更新完简体版本后，可以在根路径下运行 bin 路径下的 Python 脚本（zh-tw.py）来自动同步更新繁体版本。

pip install opencc
python bin\zh-tw.py
