Build instructions

This program have two dependencies: CMake and OpenSSL.
After dependencies are installed, such commands can be executed to build it:
For Linux:
mkdir build && cd build && cmake -DCMAKE_BUILD_TYPE=Release .. && make
For Windows (MSYS2):
mkdir build && cd build && cmake -DCMAKE_BUILD_TYPE=Release .. && ninja
