I'm learning about myriad ways of publishing to the web with R. What is the best way? This looks promising:
https://pkgdown.r-lib.org/

Others: blogdown, bookdown, or publishing with markdown to git pages using the RStudio built in functions.

For publishing the package, I would definitely go down the pkgdown route. It generates beautiful websites that are highly custimizable. It's also what I will use for every data package in openwashdata/data repositories. Currently most advanced example:

I would happy to take this over.
