Vind het wel een beetje een hack, waarom niet gewoon de uitstaande requests annuleren?

Ben ik met je eens, maar in angular kan je die requests (nog) niet cancellen

Pff inderdaad. angular/angular.js#1159 -- geen idee vanaf welke versie die gemerged is.

Ah. Kan vanaf AngularJS 1.1.5.
