Multi Image Constrained Empirical Line - MIcEL

Implamintation of MIcEL based on "Simultaneous and Constrained Calibration of Multiple Hyperspectral Images Through a New Generalized Empirical Line Model" using Matlab's App designer.

"Loading Files" Tab

• Loding *.tif files and previewing them based on selected channels
• Load *.sed files, exploring the data and previewing the reflectance in graph representation

"Features" Tab

• Display detected feature points
• Show Correlation graph of matched feature points (digital number)
• Manual selecting of known targets (ROIs)
• Calculating MIcEL calibration parameters
