Notification doesn't show up on mobile view

re-created and tested on several mobile phones, even with the 'Hide on mobile button unchecked'
notification did not display on mobile phones.

and I'm quite sure the updates/changes were saved several times.
just in case this is not yet a known issue

I checked on my side, with the latest version of NotificationX plugin, but could not replicate the issue. Notification is showing on mobile phones. Also, we have not heard about this issue earlier from other clients.

I had to disable and enable the 'said' notification before it works, so it works now. Thank you!
