As a developer, I want to have Doxygen added to the project so that I can easily generate documentation for the codebase.

Definition of Done:

  1. Doxygen is successfully installed and configured in the project.
  2. The codebase is documented according to the project's documentation standards.
  3. The documentation generated by Doxygen is reviewed and approved by the team.
  4. The team is trained on how to use Doxygen to generate documentation for the codebase.
