Smart Truck

The truck now look whenever it's empty if a site is in starvation (stock = 0) and choose a near site with the most bike in it.
This chosen site must be in between the current truck site and the starving one.

It does not seems that any setup freeze the execution (= it's working ?)

Dumb Truck

The supply truck simply check the boundaries of the current site and decide depending of its stock if it loads/unloads.
