Update CASCI/CASSCF examples in documentation. Right now it's both in the Slater docstring and in the HOWTOs.
Also had some changes to func3d sitting in my branch, consolidating all the func3d doctrings into a general API description. Most of the docstrings for the functions of different classes were redundant.
Add a docstring to
dmc.compute_Sto show the equations.
