Description

Resolve the issues on Toggle Element and Api Resource Basic Component:

• Toggle
• Api Resource Basic

Make the changes to rds-toggle.tsx, toggle.scss, rds-comp-api-resource-basic.tsx file.
Resolve small size Toggle issue.
Resolve issue of data fields and data shown in action are different.
