Make a new document with the A3 Landscape template, then change to say A2 Portrait via the property editor. On Mac at least, the MDI view is now centred on the bottom third of the page and lots of MacOS NSAutoresizingMaskLayoutConstraint warnings in the console. Will try to look at it when I'm done with the current refactoring effort.
