Release from devWithAllLibs branch

update (2024-05-18) to fix a segfault for the windows binaries archives.

This release contains a 32bits windows version of bob the blob playable in 1280 x 960 and two 64bits versions (for the binaries) playable in 1280x960 or 1440x1080. No privileges are required to play, just extract the archive in a directory of your choice and then run the 'game.exe' executable.
