That happend because bootstrap requires only jquery >= 1.9, and since jquery 2.1 files are delivered in the dist folder. I will explicitly require jquery 2.1. Thx for the PR. |

Thx for the remark. I merged it manually. I will stay with jquery 2.0.3 on the current master branch, but updated in the current 0.3.x branch to 2.1.0. |

The repo examples did not work out of the box because the jquery library was not properly linked to.
