Opening this to track progress of dynamic lists in wf-config.

Roadmap:

Implement compound list option type
Add support for compound options in section_t
Add support for compound options in XML parser
Parse compound options when reloading config file
Save compound options when writing to file

Fixes #26

This will be useful for plugins which want to lock an option, i.e make it so that the value of this option is not affected by changes in the config file.
