rsync sets CAREFUL_ALIGNMENT for architectures which do not support unaligned access. Disable UBSAN for functions which may use unaligned accesses when CAREFUL_ALIGNMENT is set. Bug: RsyncProject#427 Signed-off-by: Sam James <sam@gentoo.org>
