描述您遇到的bug
CI类型属性为Number类型时不能设置长度，默认长度为1，导致CI数据录取不了两位数或以上的数字。

如何重现

  1. 给任一个CI类型添加一个属性，设置其类型为Number类型，其长度无法设置
  2. 直接点击提交，默认长度为1，这个不是期望的行为
