This PR makes it possible to easily release open-source projects simply by adding a new tag 🎉

This feature is best explained by reading through the updated readme

Note: I need to fix some spacing issues in the changelog still

Todo:

  • Fix spacing issues in the changelog. Start after # Changelog and add an extra linebreak
  • Only do pod update if podspec exists
