Spell Cast Succeeded trigger delay not working

Description

The "Delay" trigger option does not properly delay the activation for the trigger type "Other Events / Spell Cast Succeeded"; having delay toggled on with an input value present appears to have no influence on the trigger.

The delay works as anticipated for the trigger type "Combat Log / Spell / Cast Success", so the issue seems to be unique to the "Other Events" trigger.
