Update git-fs

This version was compiled inside this chroot (by temporarily installing
libfuse-dev, libssl-dev and libgit2-dev after disabling the /usr/include
ignores in /etc/dpkg/dpkg.cfg.d/exclude-files).

This uses git-fs version 2d03125 (Mark git-fs as an initrd storage
daemon for systemd).
