Partial visState

This functionality is for developers that want to create visualizations in the fast way. With this functionality you can send only the three parameters; id,visualization type, elastic field, and you have a new visualization. This functionality does not support all types of visualization. For now it supports "pie" and "histogram" only. If you would like to create other visualizations , such as hierarchical, you need to use Full visState
