It seems that some corporate or government users in the US would need ECCN for Weblate. I have no clue what is needed to obtain that or whether we can just self assess this, so any help with this topic is welcome.

In the end, we should have this information public similarly like GitHub:

GitHub Enterprise is a commercial, mass-market product and has been assigned the Encryption Control Registration Number (ECCN) of 5D992.c and may be exported to most destinations with no license required (NLR).

Or GitLab:

(ECCN): 5D002.c.1
