Notify user on comments on own translation

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
When user makes a mistake in the translation, there should be easy way to notify him.

Describe the solution you'd like

• Per string notification subscription
• Automatically subscribe user on edit
• Possibility to unsubscribe

Describe alternatives you've considered
The notification could possibly also automatically go to the latest author, but it will be harder to lookup and there will be no option to unsubscribe.
