Git export URL not updated on domain change

Describe the issue

When changing SITE_DOMAIN, the Git export URL is not automatically updated and pointing to the old location until the component or project settings are saved.

To Reproduce the issue

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Create component with Git export installed
2. Check the Git export URL contains configured domain
3. Change SITE_DOMAIN, restart Weblate
4. See the Git export URL points to the old domain

Expected behavior

The URL should change.
