Describe the issue

When your GUI language is German and you click on the "Documentation" link at the bottom of the page it shows "SORRY This page does not exist yet.".

I already tried

  • I've read and searched the documentation.
  • I've searched for similar issues in this repository.

Steps to reproduce the behavior

  1. Have german or probably any other language without a complete translated documentation set as the GUI language.
  2. Click on the "Documentation" link at the bottom of any page.
  3. Get the 404 page.

Expected behavior

Automatically forward to the English version of the documentation if the translation is missing.

Turns out that we're not building released docs for some translations, I will look into that...
