User deletion confirmation shows wrong user

Steps to reproduce the behavior

1. Go to any users profile
2. Select "Edit" tab.
3. Click on "Delete" button.
4. Confirmation popup appears, showing your username, not the user being deleted.

Expected behavior

Confirmation popup appears, showing the user being deleted.
