Contributor stats give stats for all languages when selecting only one language

Describe the issue

Trying to export a report for translators contributions in one language, I still get the contributions of all languages.

I already tried

• I've read and searched the documentation.
• I've searched for similar issues in this repository.

Steps to reproduce the behavior

1. Go to a project report section in Insights/Traslation reports (in my case, https://hosted.weblate.org/projects/tor/#reports )
2. On the section 'Contributor stats' select a report period and a language
3. If you make another report without selecting the language, you can see that they are the same length

Expected behavior

Only the translators for that particular language should appear, just as it happens with the 'credits' (this one works well)
