QBitTorrent's API has introduced some new restrictions, which means the old version of the app didn't work. This fixes it (and upgrades to .Net 7).

• Support tracker message filter list, which will cause any torrent with a matching string in its tracker message, to be deleted.
• Support deletion of actual files - new option to delete the content when torrents are deleted.
