From docker-compose.yml get db's username and password

Now we can get it from rule， such as db user is W9_ID, db password is POWER_PASSWORD

  • db connection: admin user/strong password, host=W9_ID-mysql, db_user=root(mysql), db_name=W9_ID
  • tools: phpmyadmin, pgadmin...
  • Internet access: Nginx Stream
