0.1-alpha: WINS is near staging
I finished a whole bunch of stuff here, but not everything is done... So, enjoy! And be aware of graphical / procedural bugs e.g. snow not showing up!

Note
all three GRF files have the same content. Their only difference is on size. I would suggest you to download the crop_optimized version as it's the smallest. However, if you are afraid of graphical glitches, you can choose the normal version without any suffexes.
