Expand list of calculators

We gotta figure out how to divide these up.

Add sensitive specificity calculations to the list and I can work to
integrate my existing d3 code into that:)

@dgermain21 pointed out some awesome Heme/Onc calc's he'd like to develop.

• We need to figure out how to organize these calculators
• We need to figure out how / what we'd like on White Coat Academy instead (a few calcs, rebranded as patient-targeted?)
