Adds Gas Miners to Atmos on Station Maps

About The Pull Request

Adds N2, Oxygen, CO2, Plasma, and N2O gas miners to station maps in atmospherics.

Why It's Good For The Game

Atmos techs can do atmos things and never run out of gas.

Also a test to see if Monstermos fucks up having miners on station.
